Talk:Non-Standard Phraseology

From SKYbrary Wiki

http://www.skybrary.aero/ipbforums/index.php?showtopic=26

In my opinion, the one hundred/two hundred/three hundred system for flight levels is best and is, apparently, a "data-driven" departure from ICAO. If ICAO can adjust to accommodate a US practice that is not, as far as I know, data driven but just a longstanding habit, then are they planning to adopt the one hundred/two hundred/three hundred idea? Whilst we're waiting, is there a plan to adopt it is the land of the SES? When we spend most of our time campaigning for standard phraseology, it seems unfortunate to say the least that we can't improve on it and gain safety benefits without having to join the non-standard phraseology club!--Joe.scott 23:34, 18 February 2008 (CET)
