RAF Valley is a Royal Air Force station on the island of Anglesey in North Wales, which is also known as Anglesey Airport for permitted civil traffic. It is the military base for a number of aviation activities but is particularly focussed on fast-jet training using the BAE Hawk. Anglesey Airport provides limited scheduled passenger flights with financial support from the Welsh Government.
