Kirksville Regional Airport (IATA: IRK) is a public airport located 6 nm southeast of the central business district of Kirksville, a city in Adair County, Missouri, United States. The airport is located in unincorporated Adair County and is owned by the City of Kirksville. It is mostly used for general aviation, but is also served by one commercial airline.

Humid continental climate (Köppen climate classification Dfa) - characterized by four seasons: cold, windy, snowy winters, mild springs, hot, humid summers, and crisp and relatively short autumns. Precipitation reaches its lowest in January and February and peaks in summer and latter half of spring.
