St. Paul Downtown Airport, also known as Holman Field, is a joint public-military (ANG) use airport located just across the Mississippi River from downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Climatology

Humid continental climate (Köppen climate classification Dfa) - characterized by four seasons: cold, windy, snowy winters, mild springs, hot, humid summers, and crisp and relatively short autumns. Precipitation reaches its lowest in January and February and peaks in summer and latter half of spring.

The city experiences a full range of precipitation and related weather events, including snow, sleet, ice, rain, thunderstorms, tornadoes, heatwaves, and fog.
