Chaudhary Charan Singh Airport, also known as Lucknow airport, and Amausi Airport, is a public use airport situated at Amausi, 11 km southwest of the central business district of Lucknow, a city in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Climatology

Humid “subtropical” climate (Köppen climate classification Cwa) - characterized by hot, humid summers and warm winters. Most precipitation occurs during the monsoon season between late June and late September. Most summer rainfall occurs during thunderstorms.
