Description

Cochin Airport is an airport serving the city of Kochi (Cochin) in the state of Kerala, India. The airport is located 30 km northeast of the centre of Kochi.

Climatology

Tropical Monsoon climate (Köppen climate classification Am) - monthly mean temperatures above 18°C in every month of the year and features wet and dry seasons. A tropical monsoon climate typically features less pronounced dry seasons than a tropical savanna climate and sees less variance in temperatures during the course of the year. The driest month nearly always occurs at or soon after the "winter" solstice.
