Description

Huai'an Lianshui Airport is an airport serving the city of Huai'an in Jiangsu Province, China. It is located in the town of Chenshi in Lianshui County, 22 km northeast of the city center. Construction of the airport started in October 2008 with a total investment of 800 million yuan, and commercial flights began in September 2010.

Köppen climate classification Cwa. Generally warm and humid summers with mild winters. During the winter, the main weather feature is the mid-latitude cyclone. Convective thunderstorms provide precipitation in the summer months.
