Description
The UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) is an independent agency responsible to the UK Government Secretary of State for Transport and is responsible for the investigation of civil aircraft accidents and serious incidents in the UK and its Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies in accordance with the principles of ICAO Annex 13 as incorporated in National legislation.
