Commentary on the National High Court (Administrative Chamber) Ruling

The VICTIMS ASSOCIATION OF FLIGHT (hereinafter the Association) submitted a request to the Ministry of Public Works (hereinafter MPW, the Ministry) for the disclosure as reserved matter of the entire file relating to Technical Report A-032/2008, prepared following the accident to the McDonell Douglas DC-9-82, MD-82 aircraft, operated by Spanair, at Madrid Barajas Airport, on 20 August 2008 (hereinafter the accident), by the Commission for the Investigation of Civil Aviation Accidents and Incidents.
