is a Corporate Fellow and the Chief Engineer- Technologist at Honeywell where he heads a small team of scientists and engineers. Don and his colleagues have developed many aircraft instruments and safety devices for aircraft and he has been recognised with many awards including, in 2011, the U.S. Presidential Medal for Technology and Innovation which he received from President Obama. He holds a Private Pilot Licence with Instrument Rating.
