Professor Erik Hollnagel is a professor at the Institute of Regional Health Research, University of Southern Denmark (DK), Denmark, chief consultant at the Centre for Quality, Region of Southern Denmark, Denmark, and professor emeritus at the Department of Computer Science, University of Linköping (S), Linköping, Sweden. Erik’s professional interests include industrial safety, resilience engineering, patient safety, accident investigation, and modelling large-scale socio-technical systems. He is the author/editor of over 20 books, as well as a large number of papers and book chapters.
