Rob Miles is Technical Director of Hu-Tech Risk Management Services. Rob has over 25 years’ experience in HF in offshore oil and gas, rail, defence and aviation. He was the HF topic specialist on the UK Deepwater Horizon working group. As Chair of the Energy Institute’s Human and Organisational Factors Working Group, Rob oversees the production of HF guidance for the UK Energy sector. He is Chartered Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors, and UK Board Member for the International Competence Assessment Board.
