Capt. Shai Gill is an experienced aviation manager and an advocate for safety. Besides the various roles in safety, quality and training that he had held in CAL Cargo, he has worked in various management positions and consulting projects around the world. Shai also has experience as a regulator, having served as Chief Inspector and leading an organizational re-structuring at the Civil Aviation Authority of Israel, and is now serving on the Flight Safety Foundation Board of Governors.
