Steven Shorrock works in the EUROCONTROL Network Manager Safety Unit, where he leads the European safety culture programme and is Editor in Chief of HindSight. He is a Chartered Psychologist and Chartered Ergonomist & Human Factors Specialist with experience in various safety- critical industries. Steven is Adjunct Associate Professor at The University of the Sunshine Coast, Centre for Human Factors & Sociotechnical Systems. He recently co-edited Human Factors & Ergonomics in Practice.
