Clear Ice (Nano)
From SKYbrary Wiki
Clear ice is the most dangerous form of icing and is formed by large supercooled water droplets which, because of their size, do not completely freeze on initial contact with the aircraft surface but freeze gradually as they flow back across the wing creating a smooth, hard, and glossy covering of ice which may be transparent and is heavy and difficult to remove.
