Capt. Tom Becker is an airline pilot and safety professional with more than twenty years of experience in the field of aviation safety and human factors.
Tom is an active contributor and reviewer with SKYbrary and has been active in the Flight Safety Foundation’s European Advisory Committee. He has work experience as a Safety Manager, Safety Pilot, Aviation Auditor, Type Rating Instructor and Human Factors Facilitator.
Tom holds an MSc in Aviation Safety Management.

Jacob Kollegger, Crew Training Manager at Executive Jet Management Europe (EJME). TRI and TRE on the CItation XLS at NetJets Europe. BSc Meteorology 1997 from the University of Alberta. Through his work with the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS), Jacob has been a long time contributor to SKYbrary.
Lt Col John Barrass has over 40 years experience in aviation. He spent 20 years with the RAF and RCAF in a variety of command, instructional and flying appointments culminating in command of a C130 tactical transport squadron. His operational experience includes demanding humanitarian operations in Ethiopia, Somalia, Bosnia, and the Canadian Arctic.
He was first appointed a member of the Flight Safety Foundation European Advisory Committee (EAC) in 2001 when he was Manager Air Safety at the European Regions Airline Association. John has been involved in several of EUROCONTROL's safety improvement initiatives and has been involved in the HindSight and SKYbrary projects since their inception in 2006. He was editor of SKYbrary from 2010 to 2018 and is still active as the Integration Manager. John built most of the weather and climatology content on SKYbrary and is a Fellow of the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS).
Boško Rafailović is Senior Expert ATM Procedures at skyguide and Editor of ATM Manual Switzerland. He is a former ACC ATCO and a former Head of ATM Procedures Switzerland, and a member of the EUROCONTROL APDSG and SPIN.
Air Commodore Dai Whittingham is Chief Executive Officer of the UK Flight Safety Committee and a member of the FSF European Advisory Committee.
