Richard Sid Lawrence
Richard served in the UK Royal Air Force for 29 years across a wide range of ATM and related safety disciplines. He joined EUROCONTROL in January 2006 working in the Network Manager Directorate Safety Unit covering a broad spectrum of ATM safety related topics including management of the EUROCONTROL Call Sign Similarity/ Confusion project and the 3rd iteration of the European Action Plan for the Prevention of Runway Incursions. He is now an independent ATM consultant.
Wolfgang Starke
Wolfgang is a freelance Q400 Captain TRI/TRE having worked with Air Berlin. He has served the international pilots’ Federation IFALPA on the ATS and AGE committee and was a member of the ICAO Surveillance Panel as a pilot representative. He is member of the Flight Safety Foundation European Advisory Committee.

Martin Timmons
Mike Edwards
Now an established consultant in ATM Safety, Mike Edwards was Head of Safety Investigation at NATS (the UK Air Navigation Service Provider) for 7 years and prior to that he was Head of Investigation at London ACC. He had been an ATCO at Edinburgh and Heathrow before becoming the manager of all student controllers and then a Supervisor at London Terminal Control. He holds a PPL with Group B rating.
Alexander Krastev
Alexander Krastev is a senior safety expert at EUROCONTROL and his duties include management of the SKYbrary project. He is an experienced air traffic controller and former operational director at the Bulgarian air navigation service provider BULATSA.

Colin Gill
Colin Gill started his aviation career as a military air traffic controller, subsequently specialising in safety management systems. Since 2007 he has worked for the UK CAA in a variety of posts including Head of ATM Policy. He is currently the UK CAA Safety Strategy lead for future systems and equipment.
Conor Nolan
Captain Conor Nolan, Airbus A330 Captain and Corporate Safety & Resilience Manager with Aer Lingus in Dublin. A pilot since 1989, he previously served as Director of Safety with Irish ALPA, and joined the Aer Lingus Safety team in 2008. Conor is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Flight Safety Foundation, and a member of the IATA European Regional Coordination Group for Safety & Flight Operations.
