Sebastian Daeunert was the Safety Manager of Frankfurt Tower until his retirement in 2021. He was an active TWR/APP controller for 15 years before getting into safety management and human factors. He now participates in the EUROCONTROL/ IFATCA Prosecutor Expert scheme and the EUROCONTROL Just Culture Committee and the Just Culture Task Force.

Sébastien FOLLET has been working as an Air Traffic Controller for the last 17 years. He has been a HF facilitator for controllers for the last 10 years and is currently Tower Supervisor. Formerly, he has worked on various safety studies and as an instructor in his ATC center. Member of several Flight Safety groups and workshops, he recently joined the Flight Safety Foundation European Advisory Committee. Interested in HF for medical staff for several years, he is a co-founder of the French HF Association Facteurs Humains en Santé. He has a degree in Ergonomics & HF Basics from Paris Descartes University. This aviation enthusiast has also been a private pilot for 18 years.

Jacob Kollegger, Crew Training Manager at Executive Jet Management Europe (EJME). TRI and TRE on the CItation XLS at NetJets Europe. BSc Meteorology 1997 from the University of Alberta. Through his work with the Royal Meteorological Society (RMetS), Jacob has been a long time contributor to SKYbrary.

Ludovic Mieusset has been an Air Traffic Controller for the last 26 years. He began as a French Air Force ATCO on a fighter jet Air Base. After 11 years, he joined the French DGAC and became a Tower Controller in busy General Aviation airfields near Paris and Grenoble (French Alps). This aviation enthusiast is now an ATCO and HF Facilitator – among other aviation related activities – at Rennes Airport (West of France).

Anthony Seychell is an experienced ATM safety expert who has both an ATC operational and an ATC engineering background. He worked previously at Malta Air Traffic Services in a variety of posts, the last being that of Safety Manager. He joined EUROCONTROL in 2007 and was coordinator of the Programme to support ANSPs in SMS Implementation (SASI) and provided support to other ESP activities until retirement in 2021. He remains active in various safety improvement initiatives both in Malta and abroad.
